From a wearers standpoint, toric lenses are extremely similar to any other lens. You can wear soft toric lenses or gas perm toric lenses. With a soft toric contact, the lens is designed specifically to orientate itself on the eye. Once you put on your toric lens, it may take a few seconds of blinking for the lens to line up properly. After a few seconds, your vision will fantastic.

Gas permeable toric lenses work a little different than softlenses. They are made in many different designs based on the refraction and shape of the cornea. When properly fit, gas permeable lenses provide superior optics along with crisp consistent vision.
